Relaxing with his Joan

Keenan tried his hand at writing this week. His first attempt was on my white board at work, pretty fun until he discovered the wall below it!

There are two really cool things about having a mom that is a landscape architect. Big paper 24" x 36" to draw on and lots of different things to color with (he also thinks the shop where we keep our trucks and diggers is pretty neat) So his next attempt was today on some scrap paper with mom's colored pencils. Cary has been hoping he would be a fellow 'lefty'. What do you think. The purple pencil was in the right hand, blue in the left.


After he drew for awhile, he thought it would be fun to climb on top of the table and scrunch the paper up with his feet, then throw the pencils off the edge. Did we ever mention he's a monkey and can climb just about anything?

New Blog

I am trying this new blog, I think we will be able to upload video! So, please be patient as we figure it all out. In the meantime, a few pics of Keenan.

He is walking, talking and this week swimming for the first time. He also has his very first tooth and hopefully the second one working its way in. Otherwise he has just become one very grouchy camper for no reason!
